All 3D printing submissions must be done in person at the ARC office. Email submissions are no longer accepted.
Download step by step 3D printing submission guidelines before coming to the ARC to fill out your 3D printing request form. A technician will check your files for errors.
Zcorp parts are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Average turnaround time for parts is 7 business days minimum (Monday – Friday) during non-peak times, and 7-14 days minimum during midterms & finals.
If prints are broken, you will be offered a chance to reject broken prints and receive a re-print at no cost. Re-prints are subject to the same turnaround time.
All purchases are final. No returns or refunds. Prints are at-your-own-risk.
